Father.
Maize Wayne has wore many labels and filled many roles in his lifetime. Only son of a Corellian physician, he was orphaned in a brutal killing at the hands of a mad bounty hunter. The trauma scarred the young Maize and set him on a difficult path forward.
He founded WayneTech as a young adult, a bio-research and communications corporation (later stolen from him through corporate espionage by the Nystrom's). He joined the Sith and slowly worked his way up the ranks with Darth Saevitia at his side. In his life with Kassandra, they had Aurelia and Keir Wayne, twins. Darkness shattered their family, sending them all on different paths and in different directions.
Maize found his way back to the Sith and ascended to Master, then Council member. The love and care of a friend transitioned him to a safer outlook and occupation within the New Republic. Mundane joys were treasured. And then, typical for Maize's experience, he went missing on a routine diplomatic mission and was not seen or heard from again.
