Datadagger- Each dagger was typically an elaborate and decorative 20-centimeter long code cylinder, capable of interfacing with datapads, computer terminals, and doors. Hidden in the plug-in socket was a needle-sharp blade. Twisting the hilt extended the dagger. Datadaggers were almost never detected by standard weapons scans because the blade was carefully nestled among the delicate electronics.
Special Weapons[]
Fusioncutter- The common fusioncutter consisted of a handgrip and a long emitter, producing a high-energy plasma beam. This beam could slice through dense metals, duraplast, and other reinforced materials. The cutting beam was often adjustable, allowing the user to decrease the beam for fine, precise work, or to generate a wide-dispersion laser. A fusioncutter's beam could be dangerous if not used correctly, though its limited range ensured the tool could not be effectively used as a weapon.
Merr-Sonn Model Q4 "Quickfire"- The Quickfire was intended to be designed around a power pack rather than energy cells like most hold-out blasters are. As a result, the Quickfire did not reload like most hold-out blasters (by replacing spent energy cells); it had to hook up to a power source via a special cable included with the weapon. This recharge took only ten minutes. Not only did the Quickfire have more shots per recharge, it also did more damage per shot than most hold-outs. It did have a weakness, however, which was its range – even shorter than usual for a hold-out blaster.

Tifa Haasa does not have a personal space craft, though she does have a room reserved on board her father's ship, an TY-2400 named Serenity.
