Background[]
Raised in a noble and wealthy family, Lenna was given an idyllic childhood with parents who loved each other and loved her. She was brought up around the Naboo aristocracy and politics, tutored in matters of court etiquette and diplomacy. Wanting to expose her to as many experiences as possible, Lenna's parents often took her along with them to trips to other worlds, where she would spend most of her younger years attending banquets and ceremonies where she was expected to remain emotionless and poised.
Many of her extended family had a hand in her upbringing as well, and she was reared by various relatives that gave her a number of lessons and tried to turn her into a proper lady, often lecturing her on her appearance and the company she kept. Her upbringing had a great amount of emphasis placed on the importance that one day she would become the wife and matriarch of the Brentaal IV royal house, Trozkenpfylyat. Lenna though, refused to let them turn her into a simpering lady whose only focus in life was to play the good and loyal wife.
The importance of the alliance between the Praxon family and the Bentaalan house was reflected in the number of years it had taken to establish, and would finally be sealed with the union of their daughter given in marriage to Ordon Trozky. Although Lenna and Ordon got on very well, and had even grown to love each other, it wasn't to last. Their eventual fallout, the way it had been torn apart, not only affected the reputation of the Praxon name, but also deeply damaged the connection between the Brentaalan house and the Praxons.
During their fallout, Lenna was completing her education in politics at the Naboo University in Theed, where she also studied history and languages. Around the same time, Lenna began training with Dash Adross, a member of the Naboo Security Forces whom her father had hired to teach her self-defense and marksmanship. Not only did she thoroughly enjoy these training lessons, much more than courtly manners, but they made her feel physically empowered and helped her release a lot of the stress and tension from her broken relationship.
Nearly two years after graduation, and after she became a little more seasoned in her own worlds politics, the newly crowned Queen of Naboo approached Lenna and asked her to step up as the replacement for a turncoat Senator, explaining that she would expect her to carry out the values and voices of the Naboo people, as the planets representative within the senate walls.
The offer for greater opportunities was immediately accepted and she was soon afterward sent to the capital of Telos IV.
